SUMMARY:Writer’s Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Do you write poetry\, keep a journal\, enjoyed writing in high 
 school or college.  Do you have something to say? An 8 week Writer’s Wo
 rkshop is just right for you.\n\nNo previous experience necessary\; no jud
 gement either.\n\nThe workshop is at Arts Alive’s Studio 659 each Thursd
 ay from 5:30 to 6:30 from Feb 23 - Apr 13\, 2023. Each session is $10 to b
 e paid at the workshop itself. No reservations are necessary.  Just come\
 , relax and share.\n\nWriter and Professor at Governor’s State David San
 drick will lead the group.\n\n“There are so many different kinds of writ
 ing\,” David said.  “Do you want to create to publish or are you look
 ing for journal prompts or do you just enjoy the creativity of writing?  
 Probably the biggest question I would ask is ‘why do you write’.”\n\
 nDavid asks that for the first session\, no laptops are needed but he woul
 d like you to journal and bring those ideas. “I’m here to lead the wo
 rkshop and the writers and I will build this together and see what it is t
 hat they  wish to do\,” he said.\n\n
